The author does some stupid plot by making the doctors deny treatment to the grandma who is in need of surgery after they told the Mc they would do the surgery or she would die and the Mc starts screaming and crying and they try to kick him out and the ml just so happens to have been in a small car crash or related to it so he is there and is able to help the Mc and the Mc just accepts him back bc the ml can help solve his problems and everything is “better” with the ml there. They move the grandma into the mls parents home and the Mc goes to the mls room saying he heard a water deer and the ml takes him into the room and they have sex and the Mc starts attending school soon after and they get married.
I'm pretty sure he had connections in the hospital and he has cameras oniin the Mc house. I think he just left for the hospital at the same time. I don't think he Ml was in an accident.
