My stance is that this story is pedophilic, and that is not a bad thing. I view pedophilia (The attraction not the action) as morally neutral. I am pro-lolisho but I also acknowledge that 90% of the time it’s coming from a place of having some level of attraction to children. And that’s fine.

It takes A LOT to give up on a story you’ve been working on for months, even years of your life. And if there’s one thing I know about manhwa authors it’s that they don’t just cancel their shit because of public opinion (see Jinx for example). If it was bad enough that the author couldn’t see themselves writing it anymore then I respect that they were able to recognize and come to terms with that. Here’s to hoping their next work is something that better shows their growth as an author and a person.
