Hi everyone, I’m trying to find a recent BL manhwa and I hope someone here can help me. Here’s what I remember:
•It’s a recent BL manhwa (probably Korean).
•It had around 10–20 episodes (not sure), so it’s very new.
•The story is about a man who works in real estate (or something similar) and wants to buy someone’s property. Everyone else around him has already sold their property to his company, but this person refuses. So he goes there and ends up living next door to the guy.
•The guy who refuses to sell is young and works as a boxer, but he keeps getting beaten up. At one point, the real estate guy says something like, “If you want me to buy it, we need to have intimate relations,” but the young man refuses.
•The man trying to buy the property has a girlfriend he doesn’t seem to like much, and he’s also kind of a handyman or all-around guy at his company, so he really wants this property.
I forgot the title of the manhwa. Please, can someone help me find it?

Pls help me everyone! I’m trying to find a BL story I read a while ago, but I can’t remember the title. Here’s what I recall:
•One of the main characters is kind of antisocial, a bit of a delinquent.
•The other MC is more of a regular guy, nothing too special.
•The “normal” MC is assigned to supervise the library by his teacher.
•The delinquent MC starts showing up every day to read books, and over time, they begin talking.
•There’s a scene where the delinquent suddenly shows up at school looking disheveled and out of place.
That’s all I remember! If this sounds familiar to anyone, please let me know the title. Thanks!

The story is a masterpiece, my starry sky is one of my favorite manwha here along with a shoulder to cry on and a shape of sympathy but I can't believe how bad the sides stories are like I have never seen such a good , deep and well written story drop this low ever, and become a mass-appeal fiction :(
