WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK WAS THAT..I thought it could’ve ended two ways, and one of the ways was what we were all bracing ourselves for, her death. A sentimental ending where she dies but he decides to live because she wanted him to find happiness even without her in his life. The other ending could’ve been she got better eventually from her illness and they live as a married couple FOR A LONG TIME NOT ELDERLY AGE. You can’t do both and end it in the most unsatisfying way possible! What kinda ending was that broooooo I was mid sob when I read that ending and had to reread in confusion ugh what a downer….

Overdramatic commenters acting like a kiss on the cheek is the worst crime someone can do, please live in reality and smell fresh air, the kiss on the cheek itself wasn’t a big deal, it’s the meaning behind it that made Taiki and Hina pause. Also reversing the roles isn’t fair at all considering the context of this story, just say you hate Hina, a literal teenager for no reason and fume by yourself.

Just the sole fact that she’d kiss someone who’s taken is already messed up. She’s not some saint. Honestly it just shows Hina doesn’t really have anything going for her besides liking Taiki. What development has she had so far? None, other than her silly crush. Ayame, Kyo, Chinatsu, even Taiki all have way more depth than her.
Kyo didn’t even kiss Ayame when she had a boyfriend because he knew it was messed up even just on the cheek but sure bud Hina is an angel who can't do wrong eh
