I gotchu! So basically the mc Ray ends up in the mansion of Clodan in the beginning of the story with her brother because their family went broke and they needed financial help. If I remember correctly it seems one of their previous family members had ties with them so they went and Clodan accepted them and took them in. Him and Ray at first don’t get along well because Ray believe he was scary and because of being embarrassed due to being illiterate. This leads to a misunderstanding between them but their feelings become apparent. Afterwards they start to realize but at the same time her brother realizes clodan is not normal but in fact a monster due to a curse his father placed on him. After threatening clodan that he’ll tell Ray about his true self Clodan curses her brother and his appearance is transformed and he also becomes a monster(?). Ray doesn’t realize this and spends most of her days loving clodan and such, but also becomes insecure at the through of him leaving her because of her flaws (being illiterate, hurting him on accident and such). It is revealed through a flash back that it turns out that her family was cursed(?) as well so that every daughter would at one point make it to clodans mansion so it was meant for her to be there, since her prior family members went as well. Clodan was cursed by his father to be immortal (not quite sure about this I forgot) so ever so often he goes into “heat” (idk what else to call it but basically he gets horny as hell ) during one of these episodes he tells ray to stay in her room and not let him in/visit him because she can get hurt. However she becomes worried and goes to find him locked up inside a room. She takes care of him and says she loves him. Fast forward to the recent chapters it seems clodan loves ray so much that he uses him magic in order to create a potion for her that might make her immortal!
