This is based mostly on the fact that they have not shown anything of the possibility that they can have a kid (I know its to ealier into the story).
But I feel like beside the fact that having concubines at that time was more then normal and expected. Like no one will like the fact that tei being from a different land is queen ( I forgot how they call the queen). But if one of their daughters become pregnant with one. That i dobut that may happen. Then one of the other family's can rule. Now on why the hell that pink bitch is a concubine. I can't for the life of me think as to why. Maybe shuraka didn't sleep with him before but after what happen with tei and how freak out he got. He may have gone and ask that PB how to do it without hurting tei.
