Hey, so, like, dont do this to your child. Cause they won't remeber the shitty little treat you bought them afterwards as a reward but they will remember you straight up abandoning them (yes abandoning, cause in that moment thats what the kid thought) and have a response, for likely, the rest of their life, to force themselves to eat something for fear of abandonment.
Also, that mf was so manipulative, like the fuck, I know he did that to the kid just to manipulate the uke into a codependent relationship. GTFO mf, cause if I find you; an immediate castration.
Starting to think that the uke keeps getting kidnapped purely for the love of the game. Still an amazing read. I think what a lot of readers struggle with is the pacing, but these sorts of stories were not made for a "webtoon" format, it isnt something that is bundled all together when read in its original form. They're usually released issue by issue on paper in bigger collections of stories, so the pacing is a little off whack because it needs to be easy to pick up where you left off after a larger quantity of time. Where as in webtoons, you can go back and read it quite easily.
People are, however, allowed to have a preference. In my opinion, I liked this story because it was something that I could read for fun or to pass the time. Its entertaining, but if youre looking for a more serious read that you would want to enjoy all in one go, perhaps go for a story with a deeper meaning to them.
