Looks like another sangwoo in making

Ok so this manhwa is really popular and went on hiatus like two weeks ago, it was about a guy who is a model (black haired) and his highschool crush(blondish brown) who left him because of his brother (he had to have a surgery) and went to usa or smth like that. And returned after like some years and they were all big and now the blondie was telling the black hair about his past and the manhwa went on a hiatus... Pls i need the nameee
