Sangwoo is dead. Bum is likely dead (the red stop traffic signal for walkers seems a metaphor that HE stopped, just stopped altogether). He stalked Sangwoo from the start and stalking his hallucination of Sangwoo killed him. The woman next to him (likely a figure for Mom) was the truth. Sangwoo played out his mom-drama with BUM. Mom was always Sangwoo's obsession; Sangwoo's Bum's obsession.
From the start, this could not have a happy ending. The damage was too great. I think she ended it properly, the murderer is murdered and the stalker stalks to the end.
