I seriously detest him and people like him, genuinely infuriating. I don't usually make posts of the hatred I feel but the way this guy ruins every charming and beautiful moment is so irritating. I can't stand how disgusting this character is, it's so horrible how manipulative and isolating he was to Lorena. The way he also killed her father and set her brother to bankruptcy while leading her to believe they were still safe is just so cruel just because he wanted Lorena to solely rely on and 'love' him. Worst part, all those years he didn't even realise how genuine Lorena's love for him was since she didn't express her love into words, honestly I almost wished Lorena pulled the trigger twice. The audacity to be obsessed with Lorena but never showing proper affection and neglecting her in the first life is insane, of course it takes her to commit suicide to realise the mistakes. The sexual coercion made me wanna vomit. Decrepit people like him deserve all the suffering, it doesn't matter if he acts like some stupid kicked puppy, it doesn't change how much of a bastard he was. If he can't live without Lorena, he should go die.

anyway ik this sounds dumb but it also weirds me out when you guys call chase a useless alpha, like it's kinda sterotyping how alphas are supposed to be strong and protective but what do you do when it's simply something you're not? what if you were only born as an alpha without these key traits? does that make you any less of an alpha? you still have the biological components of an alpha yet you act in a unordinary way. what do you do if you were born weaker or smaller physically, do you train better just to keep up with the rest of the "alphas"? even though in the end they'll probably still beat you? to keep up the standard of protecting omegas? what do you do if pheromones do nothing but act as a nuisance to you? and dominance doesn't matter in the end because of the position you're stuck in due to the environment you've been trapped in for so long. it's not your fault you were born into this or like this.
so when you have neither key traits (strong and protective), all of a sudden you're a useless alpha. though are you really any different from a normal beta or person? you're just scared. if you're born an alpha why do you have to live up to that societal expectation? why do you have to force yourself to be something you're not? just to protect yourself and partner? it's sad. and why can't your partner protect themself? why does the alpha have to take that role? does the submissive and dominant nature really have to represent how people are? and i forgot what else to say

I really hope in the next chapters that the father will be worried about not just Chesha, but Belzeon too, or at least show some sort of concern/care for him because your eldest son ran away (temporarily) too, not just your daughter. But then again, I suppose the father may think that Belzeon is at least capable and strong enough to protect himself and will return in the end while for Chesha, she might be gone permanently. Still, it'd be nice to see some display of affection for his sons. I'm happy for Belzeon though, he can finally have a break from all the papers he has to handle as the heir of the Basilion and also documents that's supposed to be for his father, even if he has to go back when the coming of age prayer ceremony starts.

side note:i also would like to see more dohyeong suffering and breaking point and almost dying from the guilt and reminiscing of mc's brother although i feel like dohyeong's ending won't be that satisfying because characters like him never get an ending deserved for him, i can probably see him locked up for the murder of mc's brother and all depressed maybe apologising before that and never be able to enter the music industry again.
