His black arm’s and neck, I don’t know, for a tattoo that black arm is kinda weird, because have black sleeve tattoo around the fingers especially around the nails is hella hard and difficult and they fade by time really quick, but this is a manhwa… and if around his neck is not tattoo, then it’s weird too why nobody mentions that, maybe his head was once cut off, but I think those are not tattoos.
