Feel like I’ve read everything good and I am having a very hard time looking for something I actually enjoy. I really like actiony stuff with a romantic subplot, like I loved Parasyte and Tokyo ghoul. I also just love other just dark actiony stuff like Pluto or Monster. If anyone could please recomend stuff like that it would be very much appreciated. Please feel free (if you even feel like replying in the first place) to recommend other stuff. Have you read Koori no mamono no monogatari? It is a bl that has action and comedy, the drawing style is a little old for my taste but it compensates with the story plot. It has dark and light parts and a lot of character development.

boku dake ga inai machi enters my top manga list, it has mystery, supernatural element, and makes you thrilled to know what’s going to happen next, and i also actually cried reading it. not much romance though but u’ll love the characters.

So I have been dating this guy for less than two months and I have really not been digging this relationship. I’m in high school and it’s my first one so of course at first in my head I was like this is great but now I’m just like really unhappy. The guy in question was my friend for like a semester and everyone in school kept telling us we should date and I thought I liked him and he liked me so we starting dating. Only problem is we are complete opposites and I feel like the relationship is not right for me. I feel disrespected most of the time and I am put off by his extremely clingy behavior. I thought since summer is ending, so could this relationship so I broke up with him like yesterday. Unfortunately he is on vacation and it was over the phone. I wanted to tell him when he got back but he kept repeatedly asking me if I was going to break up with him over and over and I panicked and I did it. I am very ashamed for doing this but I thought at least it is over with. But I was wrong, now he is texting me asking me why (extremely valid question and I told him why in the nicest way I could) but now I feel like he is overreacting? Like he said “it feels like Hiroshima in my heart” and he’s talking about how I ruined his vacation and all of his friends and family are extremely disappointed in me. Like I knew this would hurt him but I didn’t know it would be this bad. He keeps saying he’s gonna have a hole in his heart forever and that we can never be friends again. I didn’t know it would be this bad because it was a short relationship but I thought the right thing to do is to keep apologizing. But he feels very hurt and surprised by the breakup even though I thought I was dropping hints. What can I do in this situation to make him feel better? I am feeling very very anxious and guilty, I swear to God I never meant to hurt him like this and I’ve been civil and kind throughout this breakup. Another bad this is that when he gets back I have to retrieve something I left at his house I am feeling very anxious about this encounter and don’t know what to do
Ok this whole situation is sounding really stupid to me but I thought I’d still ask for advice. So I’m dating this guy and we tease each other... a lot. He keeps making fun of me and anime every single time we talk. And we were on the phone and I kinda “snapped.” I told him he was being a jackass and really annoying and I hung up on him. Then he texts me saying he was really sorry and he didn’t mean to hurt me (I didn’t really feel hurt per say just more annoyed. He just responded like I got super duper offended and that’s also annoying to me but whatever). I responded in a text telling him that I didn’t appreciate him relentlessly mocking my hobbies. (Also side note: I kinda took a couple mins to respond because I was doing something and he seemed annoyed and said he was “swallowing his pride” to apologize to me and that seemed rude but whatever) Anyway end of story his responses made me feel like I was being over dramatic and stupid. Like I get it’s just anime but am I a baby for being really annoyed at him?

You enjoying manga and anime is equivalent to his enjoying a sports team or television program, so how would he feel if you consistently commented how idiotic and immature he is because he is into sports (or whatever he's into). In the past, I, too, was mildly teased about manga and anime, I told them to shut up or piss off, but if you want to keep your relationship, I would suggest discussion over aggression.
Start talking to him because communication is key in most relationship. I think he should tone it done on the teasing because it seems as if he doesn't really care about you. He's basically blaming you because he had to apologize and it's your fault. It's alright to like anime or whatever as long as you're not hurting anybody or yourself. Honestly, you might have to think about breaking it off. He doesn't seem to respect your hobbies, likes and maybe you might be better off friends not lovers.

So I can only remember bits and pieces so this might be confusing, sorry. Anyway here are some parts of the story:
-i think the setting is in Germany(?)
-main character is a doctor, he is engaged to this woman who's father is the director or something of the hospital I guess. She's pretty bitchy and breaks up with him when he gets fired(?) Idk if that's the reason but she leaves him
-the main character treated this little boy, this boy grows up to be a murderer. The boy was also involved in some experiments, and they aren't like chemical experiments they were more psychological I think
-any way there is another character who is a girl and the little boy turns out to be her brother but she doesn't remember him because she's adopted(?)
-so I think the doctor and this girl end up looking for the brother together (idk how this happens) and they like have to be on the down low because apparently the doctor is a fugitive
-just realized, I think the doc is looking for the boy because he was framed for murder and that's why he's a fugitive

Ok so I'm a new kind of stupid... I like to ink my drawings before I add watercolor and I don't have like a trusty pen, some are waterproof others aren't I usually just test random ones to see if they are waterproof. Any wayyy, my dumb self just inked an entire drawing in non waterproof pen. I would really like to add water color cause this one of the few drawings that I actually like alot lol, so does anyone have ideas for what I can do so pen doesn't smudge every where or is this a lost cause?
why don't you copy and print your original work and colour it then?
Yeah I was thinking about that but I can't print on to watercolor paper. My mom had the idea of using her light tablet and tracing it on to another sheet of paper. Wanted to avoid this cause it's probs gonna be super tedious but it might be my only option lol. Thank you for ur help tho (●'◡'●)ﾉ
oh sorry this sucks. I went to an art course and the first thing we learned as beginners were to copy the original work before colouring >.< lucky you having a light tablet. good luck!
Do you use gesso when you paint? If you don’t then i’de try applying a good amount of gesso before laying down your pen work. That could help with the bleeding.
I personally never use pen because I find it just shows through any sort of painting which I’m not a big fan and it’s also harder to fix any mistakes once drawn. If you want to be able to see your lines better without using a pen then I would use a thicker/darker pencil. You just have to be really careful with it because although it usually doesn’t smudge with paint or water it can smudge very easily with your palm. Using a darker coloured pencil will also make it show through the painting, if that’s your desired look. However I would also be careful about what brand you use. Try getting a brand with a harder graphite so it doesn’t muddy the water or painting, also try using less water if your going to do this method.
