Okay I’ve finished reading and I recommend stopping at ch 51. From then on it just gets annoying and imo adds a bunch of unnecessary conflict, drama, and makes me stay to hate the ML and honestly doesn’t add really anything to the story. Ch 51 is a good place to end it. I’d give ch 1-51 a rating of 3.5/5.

I’d say it’s only worth reading as long as you don’t read past 51 51 is good enough as the final chapter and doesn’t end on a cliff hanger or anything. If you just need something to read then you should just read it, but if you got other options then maybe hold off until you need something lol

I honestly can’t stand the brother love story and I don’t understand why this is a common trope. Idc if they’re not blood related, they grew up together, like Yu taking care of A when he was an infant kind of growing up together. This isn’t like “oh i have a new brother bc our parents got married but we’re both grown so it’s not that bad” kind of thing, they’re literally brothers and it’s gross. I like A a lot and really wish he had a different love interest bc I can’t stand reading this. I’m 268 chapters in and it’s been a 5/5 the entire time until this couple. Please let me read the stories of any of the other side couples and let me forget about this one T.T
On ch 19 and the ML has been nothing but an annoying prick and what’s worse, he completely took advantage of (had sex with) the MC who was so intoxicated he passed out and had to be carried home, while the ML was basically sober… I don’t think it matters how sweet the ML might act later on, I don’t know if this will be redeemable for me… but we’ll see ig

It mostly focuses on the MC, but what we've seen of the ml is a bright green flag so far. He's very capable and thoughtful from what we've seen so far, even though he seems to give off the impression that he's playful.
I’ve read the novel and the manhwa. I will tell you right now: you will NOT regret reading it. The storyline is good, the MC is top tier, and the ML is greener than green flag guy’s flag on IG.
Jihan is literally one of the best male leads ever written. He has a strong sense of justice and despite how cruel the world had been to him, he chose to be kind and forgiving. He’s overprotective of Yeon Seo and he’ll serve as his pillar of strength.
Yeon Seo is one of my favorites MCs. He’s complex without being a morally gray character. He has a strong moral conviction, he’s pretty and you also cannot help but want to keep him in your pocket because of his self-sacrificing nature. They have one of the best dynamics ever and Jihan is willing to sacrifice his own life for Yeon Seo, and the same goes with Yeon Seo, he’ll do anything to keep Jihan alive and safe
