So the MC breaks up with the ML but they have to continue to live together after the break up. MC and ML rekindle their relationship after breaking up as ML has trouble showing his feelings and is trying not to lose MC

This webtoon has pissed me off so much they changed so much about the story. The novel story is really short but it's one of my favourites. We get to see the development of MC and ML relationship, how much the MC loves and thinks about the ML and how the love he has for the ML is what keeps him going/stop from getting him depressed. The thoughts of the MC in the novel is honestly so heartbreaking as he has so low self-esteem, but how he keeps himself going because he finds it easier to care for others than himself and how the ML starts to notice that and reciprocate these feelings slowly to being friends and then finally falling in love.
Also, wtf did they make the villain a rapist - the villain in the novel was just an evil guy who wanted the kill everyone. Like yes, he's a irredeemable villain but he just wants to kill people and stays pretty consistent with his motive/attitude. Why the hell did the artist decide to make him attracted to MC and grape him ??? There was no need for that????? The absolute fuck
What a freaking waste of good art, please read the novel, I promise it's worth it and does not have any SA in it.
