Oh my the typo

I Heard they changed stuff from the novel, like in the novel mc is much weaker and doesn't even stand for himself so maybe in here the violence wouldn't stop but he would grow much stronger?

I haven't gotten that far in tha novel but the MC is pretty much equal here, he isn't weak nor is he strong. It's just that the novel describes scenes much more detailed and brutal that's why most ppl would think MC is weak.

We're getting somewhere actually, there's going to be a huge trigger. And yes, the ML will soon stop his evil antics, I wouldn't say he'll soften but he's slowly developing. I haven't finished the novel so I can't be so sure what will happen in the future, but the way their relationship and feelings for each other flutter is smooth sailing sort of? Oh I think that's too vague, its just not forced unlike those toxic stories where the ML suddenly realized his feelings and suddenly acts nice and yearns for the MC, I can't explain it thoroughly but I'm js gonna say it was written naturally. The MC also doesn't suddenly fall in love with he ML.

My interpretation of the novel is quite a bit different than the other responses…

Ryujin never exactly stops getting raped bc there’s never really a point where he begins to want to be fucked. He always basically mentally and physically hates it- even after his body starts responding (he is no longer impotent), and even after he falls for Haebum.

Also, Haebum never “stops his evil antics.” Yes, he falls for Ryujin and begins to protect him and treat him somewhat better, so you could say that he does ‘soften up’ to some degree. However, Haebum’s character never changes- that is what is so great, yet equally terrifying about him. He is a villain through and through. Not only does he force Ryujin to have sex with him whenever and wherever he wants, he also allows and ARRANGES FOR Ryujin to be raped by other people. He even admits that he gets off on it. I would not quite call that smooth sailing in any relationship…

They have changed things from the novel, although I wouldn’t say that he is portrayed as a ‘weak’ character in either. He is mentally strong and determined to not allow his circumstances to defeat him. He has a small build, and lacks physical strength, but doesn’t let that stop him from running his mouth- even when he knows that punishment will follow. He does get a bit physically stronger over time, but in a very realistic, minimal way. His mental strength is what gets him through.

Half if interval of novel is full of rape never from the side of ryujin it's consent but shin never did in gentle way with ryujin also ryujin kinda accepted over time his behaviour... Like a beast ... In main story ryujin never initiate anything sexual himself it's always shin who become horny just by sitting beside ryujin and they just do it never kiss too you can say shin is like a guardian or person ryujin look up to survive in problematic situations always sure shin will come to save him. But yah rape ain't gonna be stoping ryujin always been saying "no no no " and shin loves his nipples so he always under the shirt of ryujin.
