As fucked up as it sounds, I’d rather this over a cheating fuck who can’t be loyal. I mean I wouldn’t want an abusive extremely yandere like man either, but just in between.

I think the key word here is that this what you would rather, and not so much what the doctor would rather have. I tend to be a lot more receptive to what my MC wants unless it turns into a brainwashing mess aka Stockholm syndrome, which this has a 50% chance of turning into.

A lot..but if i name few lu feng ( little mushroom) he's mesmerizing, cirrus ( lost in the clouds), hee seo ( tree without roots), he tian ( 19 days) , seth ( ennead), the sides couple in (Liveta) ,Hyesung ( crush into me) and soohyun ( secret relationships) both mc ml and even the neighbors are pretty here but i just wrote the names of the ones i like best
