So am in Germany for few months and o wanted to know if it's alright to read manga here? I heard the laws are strict? Can anyone help meee?
Cause they have laws against the use of illegal sites i guess? And you have to pay a fine
I know they’re doing their best to bring everything back and im thankful bur guys my read list is like 11k ahahahah at this rate it will take years for everything to come back for me
It'll definitely take quite some time.
