i need help sleeping naturally
ive been sleeping around 1 hour every day this entire week im so tired af
try laying in bed & making your eyes look down with your eyelids closed for a few seconds, then back to normal, then do it again while breathing slowly in & out . make sure you are in a comfortable position & don’t move at all or you could disrupt your breathing. this usually helps me when I want to sleep just because.
do you know what rem is? it's a stage of sleeping where your eyeballs are moving quickly behind your closed eyelids. I heard that doing that can help you fall asleep bc it tricks your body into thinking it's already sleeping. another method I've used is relaxing my limbs one by one, so right arm left arm right leg left leg. I don't rec putting on any music or sound to fall asleep, but a pillow over your ears is good to create a quiet atmosphere, like how ppl fall asleep to muffled rain or car noises. one last thing that I think might help you is having something on top of you, it can be something weigthed but it doesn't have to be. sometimes just a pillow on my forehead or belly (like sea otters) can relax my body and take me to sleep land. you can also use a folded up blanket on the belly area too
