tho I can't tell if the guiding is working... the effect/aura drawing for guiding is barely visible, in other manhwas there would be fading effect of the marks (drawing sparkles or light particles)
In other guideverse most of the time it's the guide that gets mistreated & is the uke but in this one it's the espers. Also it's nice that both seme & uke are in a high position in the society & no financial problems.
It's better to read this in one go like by season or until it's completed for better understanding

The seme works in a construction site (but I think he has a lot of part time or shifts job)
The uke works as a assistant for an artist/art collector boss
They both met at the construction site since it's going to be an art museum building of the boss
The twist is that the uke is the boss "muse" and the boss paintings/sculptures modeled after him are kind of eerie(?)
so far all the boss does is always inspects the uke if he's still a virgin bcs once he's going to abandon him if he's not since the boss is like a benefactor to him (cmiiiw)
the last part I read was the seme helping store the art pieces in the finished building, he saw the uke there managing the inventories & the uke opened up that he is the inspiration(?) behind the works
