It feels like he likes her but she doesn’t fell the same way, it makes it super hard to read since she just kinda feels uncomfortable. I understand them both but I don’t see what plot could happen to where she suddenly likes him. Is this just me? （￣へ￣）

Not really, it's more that fl things to deeply and is to jumpy. You can easily see from her thoughts that she is into him, but she doesn't get it and is actively trying to refute it because people in ber life seem to have always said that "they can't be friends, a boy and a girl clearly they are dating" so she is now trying her best to push against it, to not think of feelings for him though her thoughts show how she sees him.
