I recommend that you try the novel instead especially since the story does become about lovecraftian eldritch horror and I’m pretty sure the manhwa isn’t going to be able to do it justice
So how do you think this is all going to play out? Even though I like the story and the MC I don't like that he repeatedly gets his ass beat but he doesn't try to change that, he usually relies on his friends to beat the main bad guy, but how's he going to beat the antagonist this time if the one he's fighting is the one who he relies on to win
My take on relying on his friends is that they're the one capable of changing the future for they have better connection and MC is just another bridge for them and this time, I have hope that MC will be able to do this since Mikey has some sort of bond with him （/TДT)/
But mikey is not an antagonist, the reason takemichi could return to the past its because mikey also wanted to change his life, so i don't think he needs to "beat" mikey
Both(Marie/Minju) are bad people but I still feel bad for them
mainly because theyre not reallly "bad" people, they are just kids, immature and ignorant but they'll grow up, learn and become better people

I don't think they're bad people. I think that they have different goals in mind and probably don't try to understand each others situations which is why they may seem bad. And I agree with the comments above they're not very mature but, that doesn't mean they are bad people! :)
While basically everything up until now has followed the web novel there was a difference in ch. 7 when showing Sadith's past trauma. In the web novel they never really gave a reason why Treynar destroyed Sadith's town, while in the manga they are giving a reason.
