The story telling is so bad. Their backstories were told straight from the start and there is no chemistry between the two. No build up or anything.

Simps are gross but imo he's an extremely interesting grey character that really stirs the dynamic, I want him around for the sake of the plot.
author must have used all the BL concepts they could think of, put it all in and created the most bizzare BL plot ever. confusing? YES but somehow I'm hooked for whatever this is.
