Actually, there's no detailed explanation about Clerivan's background. We all know that Clerivan tend to avoid Tia's lady-in-waiting which is Clerivan's half sister though it was mentioned later in the story that their relationship somehow improved. The story was solely focus on Tia making herself as the matriarch so maybe try to read the novel side stories and find some info there? Though I'm not sure if that side stories is an official one.

It's not fully detailed in the manhwa but there are some bread crumbs and it seems like Clerivan doesn't really have a good relationship with his father or other siblings other than Lorain. It's not that they have a bad relationship either, it's just that he's there, he exists. His father's family is known to be very loving and the father and his wife are known to be very loving, so Clerivan is sort of a constant reminder that the dad cheated. You'll notice that Clerivan also uses his mother's surname instead of his father's because they're not very public about the fact that he's the Dillard Lord's son.

They don't have a good or bad relationship. Clerivan understand his situation quite well and doesn't want any kind of relationship with his father and half siblings. The thing is he's the smartest, especially more than that legitimate son supposed to inherit. At some point further in the story, the father and the legitimate son will approach Tia and him to ask if he can take the lead of the dullard family business part of the Lombardi conglomerate.
