So basically... Jintae was raised by a beta mother where his alpha father cheated on her for an omega, so she taught Jintae that alphas marry omegas and betas marry betas, and was very very strict in his upbringing. Jintae and Haemin dated in college and they did genuinely have feelings for each other but Jintae felt that he had to break up because he could only have a fulfilling life if he marries an omega and have children, so his relationship with beta Haemin was cut off before he fell too deeply in love. Time skip to present, beta Haemin was still bitter about his last relationship so he promised to never date an alpha again so he only slept with betas and frequented a pickup bar. Seonghan was there with his friend and recognized Haemin (when he was dating in college, Seonghan was working on his mother's flower shop and Haemin bought flowers from him to give to his boyfriend) and went to talk to him. Haemin thought he wanted a one-night stand and went to a hotel, where he learned Seonghan was actually an alpha. He didn't want to do it at first but he was so handsome they end up having sex because "its not like im going to date him anyways"... later that week Haemin ends up becoming an omega because of the one-night stand because Seonghan was a dominant. He ended up working in the same office so they became sex buddies, Jintae was his ex but he was a superior at the office too and was oestering Haemin after he turned into an omega so he fake dated Seonghan, which then led to a true relationship.
