I'm guessing they meant that the updates are on the 2nd, 12th, and 22nd of the month, though I'm not sure how accurate that is.
The updates are every 10 days with a scheduled hiatus every 4 chapters. The 12nd update was a hiatus so the next chapter comes out tomorrow
Yes, exactly. It is accurate anyway. If you look at the uploads dates it's usually like that. Apart from the hiatus every 4 weeks.
