I've seen a lot of discussions about this, and I think she looks depressed and her smile is forced after Anna left. Not that she ever looked much happy with Rose, or visa versa. Especially if you look at how happy she looked with Anna in the flashbacks. But some people disagree. What do people think?
So, the gist of chapter 9. NTR ending. Lily treats Anna like shit, and throws her away. Sex is bad, and she does not feel wanted. So she picks Rose. Rose and Lily has a happy ending? The end.

Lily is lost to lust. Becomes fuck toy to Rose. Says she will never leave her. Does not even talk to Anna. Entire chapter is just Lily being fucked and time skip. Lily is not even human. Just fucktoy.
After reading chapter 6. Lily seems very happy the morning after she slept with Rose, smiling broadly when Rose suggests they have tea together. When Anna arrives, Lily suddenly remembers her existence, but when Rose humiliates Anna, Lily does nothing. Lily makes a feeble attempt to explain, but Anna shuts her down. Later, Lily tries to blame Anna again, showing no shame. Rose continues to insult Anna, Lily's oldest friend and supposed love of her life, while Lily does nothing. Rose starts kissing Lily, who weakly protests because of it happening now. Rose calls Lily a slave, yet Lily still gets aroused. Pretty sure next chapter is going to be Lily falling into the lust trap. Bed of roses. Lily comes across as very trashy, regardless of her sad background. This story just feels strange. Never disliked a MC more.
