Dude this is like actual cinema. It’s the way the jakpil even puts thought into the composition of certain panels to effectively tell this story. it is actually so cinematic, and I feel honored to be a witness. You can really tell jakpil put a lot of thought into this manhwa. I’m just reallt gappy to see an artist really carry a vision and go all out into executing it in this matter. What fills me with hope is also the way people are interacting with this story and really taking the time to sit and think about it after having put it down. In an age with a lot of slop and AI content, i’m happy to seeing genuine works of art like this being made and appreciated.

Gah… i didnt really wanna mention it because its insanely upsetting but lets say it involves a dog and that’s all i’ll leave it at.
In the original original version of the novel there’s a scene where jiwook has sex with a dog. It was take out of the novel entirely and I really have a hard time understanding why people think it’ll be in the manga when it’s been disclaimed that they’re changing many aspects of the story, which they’ve done already.
Anyways I haven’t read the dog scene nor do I have any desire to, just heard about it.

I hope the childhood friend is normal and eventually comes around liking haruki in a healthy way. It seems shirayuki is always justified in his cruelness towards those who express interest in haruki because they tend to have evil intentions anyway. It would be interesting to see how shirayuki deals with a rival who actually is quite normal and level headed!
