This has happened before. It is gonna take some time for the lists come back they go with who has had an account longer. Ive just started to get my lists back and i have had an account since 2021.

You're not alone don't worry
You can create a temporary list for the new manhwa you want to add and then add them later when the problem is fixed
should be fixed now. at least for me it has been fixed
