why did fei wong chose sakura as his wish granting tool? was there any special reason or was it just a coincidence that his guinea pig was sakura?
fei wang's wish was to revive someone who died(tho its never mentioned who it was ,it was probably fei wang himself ,bcs he wasnt actually human ,he was a fleeting memory of clow reed),his plan was to use the thing which was buried under the ruins in clow country(which was actually the feather sakura left behind in tokyo) and sakura's body,which had transcended time and dimensions ,but as yuuko says, its impossible to bring back the dead ,so his plan failed in the end and the whole cycle was broken
fei wang is clow reed's descendant. and the person fei wang wishes to revive was yuuko. and as to why she was existing during this whole time was because when she was on the verge of dying, clow reed subconsciously wished for yuuko not to disappear which consequentially binding her time in her own shop, but she is not exactly alive. and as to fei wang being a memory, that's true but not of clow reed's but of the real fei wang. the current fei wang was merely a fragment of the original's strong memory or desire which materialized. after all, in this universe, memories hold the strongest power. so i guess thanks? i seem to remember the plot a lot better now while i was writing this..and that the whole reason this story started was because of yuuko? ahaha
sigh ,idk why some ppl say that fei wang wanted to revive yuuko,did you forget that yuuko always intervened with fei wang's plans??also fei wang is NOT his descendant ,he is his distant relative ,you can check the wiki page.and the whole story started bcs of yuuko and clow,other than that youre right
