Start going through your 'want to read' list and just transferring anything over to your 'reading' that you want to get notifications for. At this point there are a few rumors that anything that wasn't tagged or rated possibly isn't coming back. I've been being proactive and just manually adding stuff back while my memory is somewhat fresh. I was somewhat lucky that I was really good about tagging stuff.

No, we have to be patient and wait while they restore it. If you can't wait, use the manga you saved to recieve notifications from.

It seems only a quarter of my "Already Read" list came back. 421 out of 5k that is ┗( T﹏T )┛. And some are marked wrongly, some supposed to be on my "To read" instead. The rest are still empty. I hope it gets fixed. But besides the list being gone, I also noticed my comments review are gone as well （/TДT)/ All my notes that I wrote for myself, I'm sure not getting back anymore. Because this one happened before, and comments never came back!
You won’t get all your reads quickly. They will slowly start appearing everything should be back to normal including your notes within a week. If it doesn’t I suggest you email the mods. I hope everything goes back to normal for you, dear! I know this situation is a bit frustrating but let’s hope for the best!!

What about the Comments that we wrote on the pop-up screen Comments? I wrote some notes under some titles, Hidden just for myself, but they are all gone! I use it to help me remember some stuff. Now I can't remember at all （/TДT)/
this is my answer to another user with the same question:
As far as I remember, your comments will come back when everything's been added to your lists. There's a certain order to things
Already read > Reading > Want to read
And somewhere in between those or even at the end, the non-rated mangas will also be back as well as your comments

Tapas will go shutdown by the end of the year. The announce was surprised bcs author and tapas itself doesn't know but now they're emailing everyone to know.
I saw the news this morning and I was shocked, I like them because they were the only site that always release 20 - 30 chapters of new Manhwa, i wonder what's going to happen to all the stories they have & some that are still pending for new seasons
no continuation from tapas about the purchased manhwas and inks stored. but kkw said they will merge with another kkp transfering your cash, purchased manhwas, etc.
I Don't trust kkw they were the one's that took down bato and also made the author of Roxana miscarriage
Oh and dont forget to mention how they took down agitoon with lezhin (￣∇￣") agitoon is one of the big sites to provide some popular raw manhwa, damn world.
