I can’t remember the exact story. But of the main couple, perhaps the Seme (?) have a power to connect to electronic things by touching them. Through touching a computer CPU he can access any of the CCTV, even the one from the road. But this take a toll to his body, if overused, he could bleed from his eyes or nose or ears (?)
The Uke is prone to get kidnapped by bad people.
The last time I remembered was, Uke was waiting for Seme to come home. He sat in front of the building, but then he think he had a bit fever, so when he decided to go back into the building, some group came from behind and kidnapped him.
Somehow or the other, Uke’s friend went with Seme to search for Uke. Seme use his power checked CCTV in front of the building, trace it to CCTV on the streets to check where the kidnapper’s car go, finally found building where the car stopped.
Seme and the friend arrived at that building, Seme already know which door he need to go to. But the door are locked with the electronic lock. So Seme hold on to the door knob, used his power, and open the door. The friend did not realise Seme use power and he was like, “What? How did you open the door? I thought it was locked? And how did you know this is the right place?”

In my dream, the Seme was a detective/police. Uke was a mercenary only known by a limited group of people. There was 2 big mafia group that is in bad relationship with each other. One of the group own a orphanage, but it was a disguise for some kind of superpower experiment on children.
Uke was from that orphanage, escaped one day from the centre. Uke have “that” electricity power. He also learn martial arts and how to use weapon and such. He help people secretly as a hired mercenary for weak people in need for help. Uke have childhood friend from same orphanage (centre), a girl. The girl have some kind of ultimate power (I don’t remember because my dream was not so clear).
Seme was ex military, he was kidnapped as a child on foreign country when family was on holiday. As a kidnapped child, he then get used as war pawn. Someway or the other after a decade or so, he got discovered by the military from his home country, so they offer him to go back to his country, to go back to his family. As a young adult, without no other knowledge or talent but going to war, he ended up joining the military for couple of years despite his family constant disagreement. So then he decided to quit military and work as detective in police force instead.
Uke and Seme met first time when both was pursuing a case related to the mafia group. Seme misunderstood Uke as member of one of the group and they somehow ended up in a tense stare at each other while holding weapon...
