Better in what sense? If we're talking about Josh and Chase's story, I consider the style good. But if it were to illustrate "Desire," it wouldn't be better at all! You see, the art in *Kiss Me If You Can* is pretty, but it lacks expressiveness; the facial expressions are all very superficial. On top of that, all the characters look alike, and the designs don't respect the *Desire Me If You Can* canon. The art in *YP*, on the other hand, serves its purpose perfectly, since expressiveness is essential to that story! It also requires an artist who draws great chibis, gives the characters distinct features, keeps them as close to canon as possible, and has a knack for comedy. So, no—the artist behind *Kiss Me If You Can* isn't the right fit for this job.

To be clear, I’m not hating on the artist behind *Kiss Me If You Can*. In Chase and Josh’s story, expressiveness isn't a requirement, but beauty is—given that Chase is canonically the most handsome alpha in the Zig universe. So, she fits that role well in *Kiss Me If You Can*. However, she isn't suited for works that demand heightened expressiveness, like *Desire*. I think the choice of artist was truly appropriate for each adaptation, taking into account the characteristics of each story as well as the individual strengths of the artists.

That's what i've been asking from the very first chapter. It's like the author took a bunch of cliche tropes and clumped them together for no actual reason
