There was this one bl I was reading and after this site went down for a bit I haven’t been able to find it I remember the plot was a hanahaki disease where people get the name of the person they’re supposed to be with on their body, the mc who I’m pretty sure played piano found out that his person used to be famous I think? But later learned the other man didn’t have the mc’s name on his body. Because the other guy didn’t want to be with him he basically developed some kind of chronic pain and quit his lifelong piano dream. This could’ve been summarized better but oh well
