It's definitely from left to right, as it is either a Chinese or Korean manga. Manga written in China and Korea are read from left to right.

It isn't done, chapters for it are still being published.
Since chapter 38 there's been 104 pages (I'm going to assume that's where the volume begins, maybe not aha). I think a volume has to have at least 160 pages or something. Nowadays she does chapters from 5 to 10 pages, 6 chapters a year, so I'd guess it'll be out sometime in 2017 for the Japanese release.
