Exactly! He knows everything. Honestly, if Teach had actually said 'yes' to wanting him dead, Guwon would have completely broken. He wouldn't kill Teach, but he would have instantly slaughtered Sangjun, Gyeongha, and the entire resistance, then locked Teach away forever 'for his own safety.' Teach saying 'no' was the ultimate survival reflex to keep the whole compound from being wiped out.
