if you meant the top comments thing that showed up under the chapters list, they removed that but if you meant the lists, just open the list from your profile and there should be an edit option for you to write a review.

How do people save screencaps? Whenever i try, it just clicks to the next page... or else looks like it'll save the entire chapter.

You have to be on desktop mode

so now i was able to, but i ended up saving a long chunk of the manga when i just reallly wanted one panel. help!
It's because that panel was upload like that. There's no other way sorry. Not unless you use the screenshot feature on your device itself
