no seriously... if the author wanted to throw away the first guy, they wouldnt have included him in the first place. its obvious theyre going to end up with eachother. and these readers arent giving the story enough time to progress as a story. there will be character changes. this isnt a slice of life people need to move on

jiho is struggling with the concept of sexuality; he's always been portrayed as this very complicated character who has no sense of self. yujun is the only person he'll ever love deeply, so as an adult separated from him, he looks for yujun in the men he meets. hence, the sex scene was there to make us uncomfortable, because jiho was not into it. it's incredibly damaging to call him derogatory names when the author is trying to realistically portray the experience of someone sexually repressed/traumatized (the nurse), & a lot of victims end up turning to hypersexuality like trying to sleep around as a coping mechanism. it also frustrates me to see people call him disgusting or a "cheater" (mind u he wasn't even with yujun to begin with) when jiho is his own character with his own messed up thoughts, which the author is allowed to explore. i think stories like this are really rare, tbh.
