I am looking for a Manhwa I read awhile ago but only remember some details

The top was blond
The bottom had black hair, a red singular earring and red eyes
I believe if i remember correctly the blond was knight captain and the black haired one was vice captain i think
The blond forced the black haired guy into marrying him and put some kinda spell or seal on his tongue to keep him from talking
