I dont even know if its the main story, but there's a guy that has an old injury in one eye and the doctor who treats him was his lover in the past. Also the injured man has an arranged marriage and the wife gets jealous and wants to kill the doctor. and then it ends.

I bought and read the 4 volumes (in Spanish) and I am desperately needing help to understand basically everything because my little brain gets overwhelmed with so much information and relationships and characters and Aaaaaaaa!!!!. I mean, I couldn't properly enjoy reading this because I kept going back to check who was who, and what did they want, and how did they do something, and what were all the steps to their plan ??? I even took notes to help me through the story but I'm really lost. it is an amazing story but I'm really struggling

Maybe I'm crazy and obsessed but I'm literally re-reading the 4 volumes and using post-it markers to highlight some pages to take notes. I'm trying to understand all the companies and mafias involved, all the financial stuff that is happening and how the plan is supposed to go. BUT ITS HARD. And I dont know if I'm getting somewhere. But I'll keep going. I wish I had this kind of drive for my academic life but old men fucking is my weakness. If anyone has time to help me I would appreciate it very much
