In some countries, homosexuality is frowned upon or a crime; in others, it's commonplace, the population is used to it. Thailand seems very welcoming when it comes to sexuality. It reminds me of when I was watching a documentary about women in Iran, who are treated like objects or the worst kind of trash. And then I saw a documentary about an African tribe where the women are the leaders, treated like goddesses, and the men were the ones who provided the food and bowed down to them, lol.
