Been a few years since I've read only shounen ai works solely. My judgement now will most probably be different from when I was very much younger but these are some that I found on my already read list. Some of them may have bad translation and most of them I haven't revisited in quite some time as I read nearly all of them while they were ongoing so yeh. BUT, hopefully you have fun and find something you haven't already read.

Manga only:

https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/blue_blue_blue/
(Has a one chapter sequel which is Yaoi)
https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/kimi_wa_natsu_no_naka/
Honestly read anything by Nagisa Furuya. All of her works are really good and wholesome shounen ai.
https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/seven_days/
A classic
https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/okaeri_aureole/
Same author as Skip and loafer. OF COURSE it's cute.
https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/koimonogatari/
My all time favourite bl manga. It's more on the realistic and self discovery side rather than romance but GOD it's SOOOO GOOD.

Coloured works only:

https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/starting_with_a_lie/
The art style is so freaking cute. The other works by the same author are also really cute though I haven't read all of them.
https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/all_of_you/
https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/the_best_smell/
This one's so nostalgic to me
https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/keep_holding_on/
This as well. AND it's by the same writer as Yang Ilwoo and I. Ofcourse it's gonna be good.
https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/keep_holding_on/
Bite sized friends to lovers story
https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/when_the_killer_falls_in_love/
Comedy gold I should say
https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/the_story_about_you_x_me/
https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/the_keystone_romantic_combination/
I remember really liking this one. Definitely gonna reread.

https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/dasadanan/
https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/fools/
https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/here_u_are/
THE blueprint itself. I miss this so much. Absolute peak.

A bit more on the serious side rather than wholesome:

https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/truth_or_dare/
The plot was plotting
https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/someone_else_s_bl_manhwa/
The characters can be annoying at times but just remember that these are kids. I don't remember much though ofcourse.
https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/curious_recipe/
Don't remember much of it other then that I liked it for some complex introspective reason lol
https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/a_shoulder_to_cry_on/
Bittersweet and has a drama adaptation
https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/golden_days/
ABSOLUTE PEAK. But make sure to read the genre tags before continuing.
https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/timeless_melody/
Oh this one HURT. Is one of my most memorable reads along with golden days.

Honourable mention:
https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/nanohana_boys/
Not BL but a friendship, slice of life, heartfelt coming of age story. I love it so much hence the recommendation.

Ok now, toodles~

"For your love"
