It’s not “violent” rape but it’s rape nonetheless. Not only is Hajin a slave, but Junghyun is using his fear for his mother’s fate as a means to have Hajin. It’s rape but the victim has to pretend they are willing because the rapist has multiple things they are using to control the victim.
