When back then when they were teens they never showed an ounce of likeness nor confessed too eachother, in short it lacked romance in their teen era. Then suddenly at their adult one, they suddenly realized that they loced eachother then rushed towards a relationship.
Tbf tho this is based on a novel unlike Positively Yours. And the novel for this one is already a relatively short read so I guess the artist was just following the pace of that.
