I know this author loves to make us hate an asshole before he breaks and bowls his eyes and have a huge redemption arc. I know that. I loved BJ Alex for it. Thing is she made Jaekyung be a monster. Straight up abusive and cruel. I couldn't forgive him to the end, and his repenting didn't make up for what he put Kim Dan through. He chose to forgive and forget outta love, fine, but that's it. I would've loved it otherwise, but in the end I just wanted it to be over.
