I can’t remember if he moved back to his hometown but he was there for the rest of the story, and his friend happened to see the manhwa he was making and it was a second hand embarrassment scene lol.

I forgot the title, but it's about a troublemaker MC whose family gives him a butler (i think) to manage him, and the MC doesn't like this. That's what I remember, but the MC just doesn't like the butler for whatever reason and just acts out against him
During one event in the manga, MC (yankee/troublemaker) is annoyed with his butler and gives him like an aphrodisiac, but the butler ends up giving it to him. The ending panel is just the butler reacting to the aphrodisiac in private after he "deals" with the MC.
Another event (i might be remixing this with another manga) is the butler giving the MC a piercing after catching him trying to give himself another one.
The butler has black hair and glasses/a monocle (SOOO helpful ik...) and slick back hair? I recall it kind of looked like Zack Fair's hair.
