Glen is terribly suspicious, even if I hadn't read any spoilers and knew what's up with him.
I would instantly refuse to temporarily move in to his house and just call the goddamn police and ask for real help from people who actually want to help.
I have a feeling Glen is only mad that the teacher wants to take away his "property" (Joseph according to Glen) and that's why he suggested that Joseph moves in "temporarily".
I'm not 100% sure though, as I'm trying not to read any more spoilers.

I feel so bad for Vincent and Joseph.
I feel bad for Joseph for what happened to him because of the stalker teacher.
And for the fact that Vincent got angry and yelled at him even though he should've acted more calmly.
And I feel bad for Vincent, because he clearly cares for Joseph a lot, but he just gets pushed away.
Although I can understand why, Joseph has just experienced such terror and then he gets yelled at by his friend. That would make anyone lose their temper.
And I just know that they won't end up together and instead Joseph will end up with Glen who is so fucking creepy and terrifying. I'm scared for Joseph's life and mental health.
I'm trying to be as understanding of both sides as I am capable of, so I ask of you to not attack me.
