It's a happy ending, and this manhua is not even halfway to end , there's still much to go. I suggest you read the novel it's really interesting

It's been a while since I've read the novel but I think it's because in that episode of ship mechants, he broke so many rules and system was really mad and deducted score and made him retake the exam
