She’s going to use her primera powers to extend his life, basically halving hers so he can live.
It ties it up all nicely too, she’ll have a normal human lifespan to age and die with her loved ones and her second dad gets to be right there with her.
Cuz I doubt she’s gonna go crazy with her powers since she’s being really conservative with them now to hide. And eventually they’re gonna do away with the system so she’ll have no need to.

i think it's mostly because of the mating comment but i think it's also because he was kinda guilty for playing dumb when he found out he is yoontae's first love and he hid it from him even though he told him he would help him find his first love
