The deer imagery used for Dohun is soo beautiful I can't stop rereading his pov. I wonder if the author had deeper thoughts about him being represented as such besides his grace and loss of innocence? A deers antlers are supposed to represent nobility so that also fits with him being now the heir. I just love the whole thing so much, it's kind of like a super smack in the face to remind the reader that even tho he's messed up in the head Dohun has a sensitive heart (regarding Yuwon lol)

Taeyi should be allowed to kill 5 people a day
