I haven't been caught up to the recent chapters yet, but I think she's only doing this to give her daughter a better future for her. To secure her future and, well, i guess make sure that she gets that money inheritance (or something I have no idea how it works lol). Case in point: for her daughter's survival. I'm not sure how FL will pull it off considering that her daughter's position seems to be fragile despite being recognized as the imperial princess, but it's too early to decide.
Honestly, stories like these gives me joy lol, I'm always looking forward to it. And ngl, the concept of possessing your own daughter's body to protect her is a new plot I've stumbled upon on in reincarnation/second chance stories, I'm excited ahaha
